Worklight Digital ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, mobile number, email address if given, your trade, the area you cover and anything you write in your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide your website and booking service. Our lawful basis is your consent and taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer and as required for tax and accounting.

Who we share it with

Our website host, Hostinger, stores the site and handles email. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@worklightdigital.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
